2. Create a new calculated field for Canada:
If [Country] = "Canada" then [Country] END
3. Create a new calculated field for United States:
If [Country] = "United States" then [Country] END
4. Change the Geographic Roles by right clicking each field and selecting Geographic Role and then Country/Region
5. Continue building the view
